Consent to Personal Data Processing

By providing my personal data through the lineon.me website, LineOnMe services, registration forms, online booking forms, personal account, support channels, or other LineOnMe interfaces, and by providing a separate affirmative consent where required, I freely, voluntarily, knowingly, specifically, and unambiguously consent to the processing of my personal data under the terms set out below.

• account and platform identifiers;
• usernames and display names;
• contact and CRM identifiers;
• messages and communication history;
• comments and replies;
• files and attachments;
• publication, video, or post identifiers;
• communication dates, times, and statuses;
• authorization and integration-related technical information;
• other information technically necessary for the selected integration.

Connected platforms may include, among others, TikTok, Telegram, WhatsApp, MAX, Facebook, Instagram, VK, Avito, Kommo, Bitrix24, and other platforms supported by LineOnMe.

3. Purposes of Processing

I consent to the processing of my personal data for the following purposes:

• registration and management of my LineOnMe account;
• provision of LineOnMe functionality;
• online booking;
• connection and operation of CRM integrations;
• connection of messaging services, social networks, marketplaces, and other third-party services;
• receipt and transmission of messages, comments, replies, files, and related information;
• synchronization of data between LineOnMe, CRM systems, and connected third-party platforms;
• authentication and authorization;
• technical and customer support;
• security, fraud prevention, and troubleshooting;
• performance of agreements with me;
• compliance with applicable legal requirements.

4. Processing Operations

For the purposes stated above, I consent to the performance, to the extent necessary, of the following operations with my personal data:

• collection;
• recording;
• systematization;
• accumulation;
• storage;
• clarification and updating;
• retrieval;
• use;
• transfer and provision where necessary for the Service;
• blocking;
• deletion;
• destruction;
• other processing operations permitted by applicable law.

7. Term of Consent

This consent remains valid until the purposes of processing have been achieved, until the applicable retention period expires, or until I withdraw this consent, unless LineOnMe has another legal basis to continue the relevant processing.

8. Withdrawal of Consent

I may withdraw this consent by sending a request to: info@lineon.me.

The request should contain sufficient information to identify me and the relevant data.

I understand that withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing performed before withdrawal and that LineOnMe may continue processing where another legal basis for such processing exists.

9. Consequences of Refusal or Withdrawal

I understand that, where particular personal data is technically necessary to provide LineOnMe functionality, refusal to provide such data or withdrawal of consent may make the relevant functionality, account, integration, or service unavailable.

10. Separate Marketing Consent

This consent does not automatically constitute consent to receive advertising or marketing communications.

Where required, consent to marketing communications is obtained separately.

11. Personal Data Intended for Public Distribution

This consent does not by itself constitute consent to the public distribution of personal data.

Where a separate consent for processing personal data permitted by the data subject for public distribution is required by law, such consent shall be obtained separately.

13. Language

This Consent is provided in English and Russian. In the event of inconsistencies, the Russian-language version shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.
