Basic account security rules
Simple habits that protect access to your LineOnMe accounts and your clients’ data.
Updated October 9, 2026
LineOnMe accounts hold your conversations with clients, appointments and work settings, so access to them deserves the same care as access to your email or bank. A few habits noticeably lower the risk.
Password and access
- Use a separate password for LineOnMe that you don’t reuse in other services.
- Don’t share your login and password with other people.
- Sign out of the account when you have worked on someone else’s or a shared device.
Where to sign in
Sign in to accounts only through the Sign in menu on lineon.me or at the product’s own address — for example, the LineOnMe AI account is at ai.lineon.me. If you get an email or message with a “LineOnMe sign-in” link and have doubts about it, open the website yourself and sign in through the menu. Payments are never made on the lineon.me website: you pay in the product account.
If something looks wrong
If you notice suspicious activity or are not sure that a sign-in was yours, write to us via the Contacts page.
