How to connect Telegram
How to connect Telegram to LineOnMe Booking so that client chats appear in your shared list of conversations.

Once Telegram is connected, messages from clients there appear in LineOnMe Booking together with conversations from your other messengers. You can reply and book clients without opening Telegram separately.
Connection steps
- Open the LineOnMe settings.
- Go to the messengers section.
- Choose Telegram.
- Click Connect.
- Complete the required authorization steps.
- Make sure the connection status has changed to active.
After connecting
Telegram counts as one of the messengers in your plan: the LineOnMe Booking plan includes messengers of your choice, and additional ones are connected separately. If the status has not become active, check that authorization was completed and, if needed, write to us via the Contacts page.
