2. Service

LineOnMe is a software platform providing online booking, CRM functionality, messaging and social-network integrations, automation, analytics, and other digital services.

The specific functionality available to a User depends on the selected tariff, modules, integrations, and other services available through LineOnMe.

3. Payments

Payment for LineOnMe services is made in favour of Individual Entrepreneur Trapeznikova.

Depending on the payment method available at the time of purchase, Users may be able to pay by bank card, through the Faster Payments System (SBP), by bank transfer, by invoice, or by other available methods.

4. Online Acquiring

For the technical processing of certain online payments, LineOnMe uses internet acquiring provided by:

JSC CB Modulbank (AO KB Modulbank) Bank of Russia licence No. 1927.

When a User chooses a payment method processed through Modulbank, payment information may be entered and processed using the bank’s secure payment infrastructure.

Modulbank acts as a payment infrastructure provider and acquiring bank. It is not the provider of LineOnMe services and does not replace LineOnMe as the party responsible for providing the purchased service.

5. Bank Card Information

When a payment is processed through a bank or acquiring provider, full bank-card details may be entered directly into the secure payment interface of the relevant payment provider.

LineOnMe does not normally receive or store the full payment-card details entered by the User on such payment pages.

6. Payment Confirmation

A payment is considered completed after the relevant bank or payment provider confirms successful processing of the transaction.

Information relating to the payment, including its amount, date, transaction status, and other technical identifiers, may be processed by LineOnMe to provide the Service, maintain accounting records, resolve payment issues, and comply with applicable law.

7. Receipts and Fiscal Documents

Where the issuance of a fiscal receipt or other payment document is required by applicable law, such documents are generated and provided in accordance with the applicable requirements of Russian legislation and the payment infrastructure used by LineOnMe.

8. Refunds

The conditions for cancellation of paid services, the procedure for determining the refund amount and the refund procedure are described separately in the LineOnMe Payment & Refund Policy.

Where payment was originally made using a bank card, the refund may be processed through the acquiring bank and payment infrastructure used for the original transaction, subject to applicable law and technical requirements.

9. Payment Security

Payment processing may be subject to security measures, authentication requirements, anti-fraud procedures, and technical rules implemented by the relevant bank, payment system, or acquiring provider.

Where a payment issue relates specifically to the User’s bank card, bank account, or payment authorization, the User may also need to contact the bank that issued the relevant payment instrument.

12. Language

This page is provided in English and Russian. In the event of inconsistencies, the Russian-language version shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.
