How to ask a question

  1. Open the Analytics section and the AI analyst tab.
  2. Type your question in plain words — for example, “Why did response time go up last week?”.
  3. Read the answer and ask a follow-up question if needed.

How the answer is structured

  • Facts — what the data shows.
  • Observations — what follows from it.
  • Hypotheses — possible causes worth checking.
  • Not enough data — what is missing for a precise answer.

Rules

The AI analyst only reads data and never changes anything, respects the user’s permissions and says plainly when there is no data. The history of your questions is saved.
