What the Home screen shows
In a few seconds, the LineOnMe AI Home screen tells you whether everything works, what is happening today and where you are needed.
Updated October 9, 2026
Home is the first screen of the account. It doesn’t replace the sections — it shows what matters most and takes you where action is needed.
Today’s figures
How many conversations there are today, how many the AI answered, how many new clients and how much revenue — with the change from yesterday and a chart for the last few days. The figures update by themselves.
Channels and system status
The status of the AI provider, AI employees, channels and knowledge. For each channel you see whether it works and how many conversations came through it; a channel that isn’t connected yet can be connected right from here.
Needs attention
Drafts awaiting approval, unanswered conversations, channels with errors, AI errors in the last 24 hours and knowledge base materials that failed to process. Each item opens the right section.
Today
A calendar of meetings and tasks for the day, popular products and services, and items that are running low. Next to them are the date, the exchange rate and the weather in your city.
Latest events and statistics
The latest actions from the activity log with a Review button, and conversation statistics by day: how many the AI answered, how many people answered and how many are waiting for a reply.
Pause
If all AI employees are switched off, Home warns you that clients are only getting replies from people and offers to switch the employees back on with one button.
