Analytics figures

What LineOnMe AI analytics shows: response speed, unanswered conversations, AI and team performance, channels, clients, sales and tokens.

Analytics answers three questions: how many requests you get and how fast you reply, how AI employees and people perform, and what went wrong. You don’t need a CRM for this.

Analytics sections

  • Overview — the key figures for the period and a comparison with the previous one.
  • Conversations — conversations by day: how many the AI answered, how many people answered and how many are waiting; a workload heat map.
  • AI employees — conversations, replies, handovers to people and approvals for each employee.
  • Channels — requests and response speed for each channel.
  • AI analyst — questions about your data in plain words.
  • Activity log — every action by the AI and people.

Key figures

  • First response time — in calendar time and in working hours.
  • Unanswered conversations — as a list, each opening in Conversations.
  • The share of requests the AI answered, and handovers to people.
  • New clients.
  • Sales by catalog item, average order value and margin.
  • Token usage by employee and model.
  • Which knowledge base materials the AI uses most.

Period and details

Choose a period — a day, a week, a month or your own — and drill down from any figure to the list of conversations. If there isn’t enough data for a figure, analytics says so instead of showing zero.

Who sees what

Owners and Managers see analytics for the whole company; an employee with limited permissions sees only their own data.
