Catalog import and export
How to import products and services from XLSX or CSV, map the columns and export the catalog with your filters applied.

If your catalog is already in a spreadsheet, you don’t need to fill it in by hand — upload the file.
Import
- In the Products and services section, click Import.
- Upload an XLSX or CSV file.
- Map the file’s columns to the catalog fields: name, type, price, SKU, category and others.
- Check the preview: the system shows which items will be added or updated and where there are errors.
- Confirm the import.
Export
The Export button saves the catalog to a file with the selected filters applied — for example, only services or only items that are low on stock.
Bulk actions
Select several items to change their status or move them to the archive at once.
