The catalog of products and services

The Products and services section is a simple catalog of what your business sells. It gives AI employees exact prices and availability, and gives you a clear view of what was sold to whom.

• Products — with price, cost price, SKU, barcode and availability.
• Services — with a one-off payment or a subscription with a period.
• Categories — a category tree for easy searching.

At the top of the catalog is a summary: how many products and services there are, how many items are low on stock and how many are out of stock.

When a simple catalog is not enough, add the Products module at $10 per month: warehouses and stock per warehouse, stock movements (receipt, sale, write-off, return, transfer), purchasing from suppliers, customer orders, stocktaking, variants and bundles.

A sale is recorded right in the conversation with the client and goes into their purchase history, sales analytics and the revenue on the Home screen.

An AI employee knows the name, description, price and availability of items and tells clients about them. By default, it reports availability as in stock, low or out of stock. The AI can add a sale to a conversation only with approval, never changes prices or stock itself and never tells clients the cost price or margin.
