A price list and catalog for AI
How to make an AI employee quote exact prices and availability to clients: the catalog of products and services and a price list in the knowledge base.

For an AI employee to answer “how much is it” and “is it in stock” with confidence, give it accurate data. LineOnMe AI offers two ways to do this, and you can combine them.
The catalog of products and services
The AI sees items in the Products and services section directly: name, description, price and availability. When you change a price in the catalog, the AI quotes the new one right away.
A price list in the knowledge base
If your price list is a document, upload it to the knowledge base as a Product description and open it to sales and support. When prices change, upload the new version or reprocess the material.
What the AI doesn’t do
- It doesn’t change prices or stock on its own.
- It doesn’t tell clients the cost price or margin.
- It doesn’t promise discounts unless its instructions allow it.
