The Widget connects messengers and social networks to Kommo so that managers can reply to clients right from the CRM. Installation starts with the Install button on the Widget for Kommo solution page.
Messengers
Each messenger is connected separately — for example, Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook Messenger. The up-to-date list is on the solution page.
Plan
You pay for each connected messenger.
One messenger costs $10 per month.
