Disconnecting the Widget
What to know before you disconnect a messenger or the Widget in Kommo.

The Widget works as an integration inside Kommo and is paid per connected messenger. So before disconnecting, decide what exactly you want to remove: a single messenger or the whole solution.
What changes
The CRM receives messages only from connected messengers. Once a messenger is disconnected, new messages from it will no longer reach Kommo — let your team know in advance and, if needed, give clients another way to reach you.
