Which messengers you can connect to Kommo with the Widget and how each of them is paid.

The Widget connects the messengers and social networks your clients write in to Kommo. Connect only the ones your business needs.
Supported messengers
Currently supported are Telegram, WhatsApp, MAX, TikTok, Avito, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and VK. The up-to-date list is on the Widget solution page.
One messenger, one connection
Each messenger is a separate widget and is connected separately. If you need several messengers, connect each of them: you pay for every connected messenger.
Where the conversations are
Conversations from connected messengers are handled inside Kommo. What individual messengers can do may depend on the rules and API of the platform in question.
