How to connect Telegram

Clients write to your company bot in Telegram, and the messages arrive in LineOnMe AI Conversations together with messages from other channels.
Connection steps
- Create your company bot in Telegram via @BotFather and copy the bot token.
- In LineOnMe AI, open the Channels section.
- Choose Telegram and click Connect.
- Paste the bot token.
- Assign the AI employee who will reply.
- Make sure the channel status is Working.
After connecting
Write to the bot yourself to check: the message will appear in Conversations, and its author will become a client. Telegram counts as one of the messengers in your plan.
