How to add the LineOnMe AI chat to your website, customize it and assign the AI employee who replies to visitors.

The website chat is the LineOnMe AI widget that lets visitors write to you right from your website’s pages. The assigned AI employee replies, and all messages arrive in Conversations.
How to connect it
- Open the Channels section and choose Website chat.
- Customize the widget: its icon, colors and greeting.
- Assign the AI employee who will reply.
- Copy the widget code and add it to your website.
- Open your website and write in the chat — the message will appear in Conversations.
What the visitor sees
The visitor writes in the chat and gets a reply from the AI employee right away. If the settings allow it, they can attach a file.
What you see
Every visitor who writes in the chat becomes a client in the Clients section, and their messages become a conversation. You can take over the conversation and reply yourself at any time.
