What the activity log records

The activity log answers “who did what, when, to what, and what changed” — so you can trust the AI and keep track of your team.

The activity log is in the Analytics section. It shows everything AI employees and people have done, so you can trust the AI and check its work at any time.

What is recorded

  • Every AI employee action: what was done, with which tool and to what.
  • The outcome for each incoming message: the AI replied, prepared a draft or stayed silent — and why.
  • Approvals and rejections: who approved an action or rejected a draft.
  • People’s actions: replies, conversation mode changes, changes to AI employees, knowledge and channels.
  • Errors and system events.

What an event shows

The time, the AI employee or person, the action in words, the risk, whether it was approved and the result. The event card shows what it was before and after, with a link to the conversation or client.

What isn’t recorded

Passwords, keys and other secrets never get into the log, and personal data in the event card is masked.

Security log

Sign-ins, sessions and role changes are recorded in a separate protected log. Only the Owner can see it.
