The AI provider is unavailable
What to do if the AI provider doesn’t respond or rejects requests: the key, limits and balance with the provider, a backup model.
Updated October 9, 2026
If the AI provider stops responding, the provider status changes on the Home screen and AI errors appear under Needs attention.
Common causes
- The key has been revoked, has expired or was entered incorrectly.
- The provider balance has run out or the request limit has been reached.
- The selected model is no longer available.
- The provider has a temporary outage.
What to do
- Check your balance and limits in the provider’s account.
- If needed, create a new key and replace it in the LineOnMe AI provider settings.
- Check that the employee’s model is still available, or choose another one.
- Set up a backup model from another provider so the work switches over automatically during an outage.
