Choosing a model and a backup model
How to choose a model for each AI employee and set up a backup model in case the provider is unavailable.

The model determines how an employee understands questions and writes replies. In LineOnMe AI, the model is chosen separately for each AI employee.
How to choose a model
- Open the AI employee card.
- Go to the Brain tab.
- Choose the provider and the main model.
- If needed, choose a backup model.
- Save and check the replies in the test conversation.
What to consider
- For sales and complex consultations, more powerful models work well.
- For simple, typical questions, faster and more economical ones.
- Your clients’ languages: the model should understand the languages people write to you in.
Backup model
If the main provider stops responding, LineOnMe AI switches the employee’s work to the backup model so clients aren’t left without a reply. It is convenient when the backup model comes from a different provider.
