How clients appear

Clients in LineOnMe AI appear automatically from conversations: one client, several contacts and the whole history in one card.

The Clients section is one base of the people who write to and call your business. You don’t need to keep it up by hand: clients appear on their own.

Where clients come from

When someone writes to a connected channel for the first time — website chat, a messenger or email — LineOnMe AI creates a client and remembers the channel they came from. You can also add a client manually.

Client contacts

One client can have several contacts: phone, email, website, Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, VK, MAX, TikTok, Avito. Each contact belongs to only one client.

The client card

The card shows all contacts, the source, the first request and last contact, the person in charge, the conversation history across all channels and purchases. You can write to the client from here.

Search

You can find a client by name, phone, email or messenger username. The list can be filtered and sorted, for example by last contact.

What the AI knows about a client

When replying, the AI employee sees the client’s name, channel and conversation history, and answers with what you have already discussed in mind.
