Scenarios: how the sections work together

How a request travels through LineOnMe AI: a website message, the AI reply, a person stepping in, a sale, analytics and the activity log.

LineOnMe AI sections are connected. A few typical scenarios show how a single request travels through the system.

A client writes on your website — the AI replies

  1. A visitor writes in the website chat and becomes a client in the Clients section.
  2. The message arrives in Conversations for the AI employee assigned to this channel.
  3. The employee finds the answer in the knowledge base and catalog and replies to the client — on its own or as a draft for approval.
  4. The outcome is recorded in the activity log, and the figures go to analytics and the Home screen.

The AI isn’t sure — a person decides

  1. The question goes beyond the employee’s instructions or knowledge.
  2. The employee hands the conversation over to your team, and the client gets a message that a team member will reply.
  3. A person replies from Conversations and returns the conversation to the AI once the question is resolved.

Price, availability and a sale

  1. The client asks about price and availability — the AI answers from the Products and services catalog.
  2. The client decides to buy — the sale is recorded in the conversation after approval.
  3. The purchase appears in the client card, in sales analytics and in the revenue on the Home screen.

One client, several channels

A client wrote in Telegram and then in your website chat. Add the second contact to their card, and all their messages will come together in one thread.

Voice control

Say “Pause Anna” to LineOnMe AI — the assistant will ask for confirmation, run the command and record it in the activity log.
