LineOnMe AI

  • What is LineOnMe AI?

A system of AI employees for business. You connect your AI provider, create employees for different roles, give them knowledge about your company and assign them to channels — website chat, messengers and email. The employees reply to clients and handle tasks, and they check important actions with a person.

  • Is LineOnMe AI a chatbot?

It is more than a chatbot. An AI employee has a role, instructions, knowledge, work channels, permissions and a level of autonomy. It doesn’t just reply — it works with data and tasks, checks important actions with a person, and everything it has done is visible in the activity log.

  • How do I get started with LineOnMe AI?

Sign up at ai.lineon.me with the Start free button. After sign-up, the account walks you through “Launch in 7 steps”: connect AI — with your own AI provider key or through the AI balance — create an AI employee, add knowledge, connect a channel, assign the employee, check it in the test chat and launch.

  • Which languages is the LineOnMe AI interface available in?

The interface is fully translated into 11 languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Indonesian, Turkish and Vietnamese. You can change the language at any time. AI employees reply to clients in the client’s language.

  • Does LineOnMe AI need a CRM?

No. LineOnMe AI connects to any CRM or works on its own, and the price is the same: $99 per month.

  • What does LineOnMe AI do?

LineOnMe AI is a system of AI employees. They reply to clients in the website chat, messengers and email, prepare drafts for approval, work with the knowledge base and the catalog of products and services, record clients, create tasks, work with call transcripts and hand conversations over to a person when needed. Everything they have done is visible in analytics and the activity log.

  • What is an AI employee?

An AI role you set up: sales, support, administrator or your own. An employee has instructions, knowledge, channels, tools and permissions, an AI provider and model, working hours and a level of autonomy.

    Open the guide

  • Can the AI reply to clients on its own?

Yes. If an AI employee is allowed to reply on its own, the client gets an answer right away — in the website chat, messengers or email, during the employee’s working hours. If not, the reply arrives in Conversations as a draft, and a person sends it with one button. Either way, the employee checks important actions with you.

    Open the guide

  • Can I review AI replies before they are sent?

Yes. Don’t allow the AI employee to reply on its own — then each of its replies will arrive in Conversations as a draft with Send and Reject buttons. All such conversations are gathered in the Awaiting approval view.

    Open the guide

  • Can I create several AI employees?

Yes. Create employees for different jobs — for example, sales for the website chat, support for Telegram and an administrator for email. Each has its own instructions, knowledge, model and channels. A channel can be handled by one employee or by several “by topic”: a main employee and up to five colleagues, and the AI picks who answers based on the topic of the conversation.

    Open the guide

  • Which roles can I give an AI employee?

Sales, support, administrator, analyst or your own. The role sets the starting settings, and the instructions spell out what the employee does and doesn’t do in your company.

    Open the guide

  • Will the AI reply to a client at night?

Yes, if you give it those working hours. An AI employee replies to clients according to the schedule you set: include night hours or round-the-clock work, and it will reply at night. Messages outside working hours wait for a person.

    Open the guide

  • Can I pause an AI employee?

Yes — with the switch in the employee card or by voice through the LineOnMe AI assistant, after confirming. While paused, the employee doesn’t reply to clients or do anything, and the Home screen reminds you that clients are only getting replies from people.

  • Which AI providers can I connect to LineOnMe AI?

OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Kimi, DeepSeek, YandexGPT and others, including OpenAI-compatible services. LineOnMe AI isn’t tied to one neural network: you can connect several providers and choose a separate model for each AI employee. The current list is shown when you connect a provider in the account.

    Open the guide

  • Can I connect my own API key?

Yes. The key is stored encrypted and shown masked in the interface; model usage is paid to the provider on its terms. Your own key is optional: you can work through the AI balance instead — then AI replies are paid for through LineOnMe from the balance in your workspace. Neither is part of the LineOnMe AI subscription.

    Open the guide

  • Who pays for AI tokens?

You do — in one of two ways of your choice: under your own API key directly to the AI provider, on its terms, or from the AI balance in your LineOnMe AI workspace. The LineOnMe AI subscription pays for the system and doesn’t depend on how many messages the AI has handled. Token usage is shown in LineOnMe AI analytics.

    Open the guide

  • Can I choose a model for each AI employee?

Yes. The model is chosen on the Brain tab of the employee card: for example, a more powerful one for sales and a faster, more economical one for support.

    Open the guide

  • What happens if the AI provider stops responding?

If the employee has a backup model, LineOnMe AI switches the work over to it, so clients aren’t left without a reply. The provider outage is shown on the Home screen under Needs attention.

    Open the guide

  • Can I use a free AI model?

Yes, if the provider offers a suitable free model on its terms. LineOnMe AI works with both paid and free models from supported providers.

    Open the guide

  • Do I need a separate key for each AI employee?

No. One connected provider can serve several employees with different roles and models at once.

    Open the guide

  • How do I teach the AI about my business?

Add materials to the knowledge base: documents, price lists, rules, answers to common questions and a company description. When replying, the AI employee finds the relevant passages in them. Short facts — your address, opening hours — can be saved in business memory.

    Open the guide

  • Which files can I upload to the knowledge base?

PDF, DOCX, TXT and MD. Besides files, you can add text and ready questions and answers. A PDF must contain text: a scan without text won’t be processed.

    Open the guide

  • Can the AI answer only from my knowledge base?

Yes. Turn on Knowledge base only for the employee — it will reply only with what is in your materials and offer to put the client in touch with a person for other questions.

    Open the guide

  • Does the AI use my product catalog and prices?

Yes. An AI employee sees items in the Products and services section — name, description, price and availability — and tells clients about them. It doesn’t change prices or stock itself and doesn’t tell clients the cost price or margin.

    Open the guide

  • Which channels can I connect to LineOnMe AI?

Website chat, messengers — for example, Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, VK, MAX, TikTok and Avito — email and telephony. Messages from all channels arrive in shared Conversations. Messengers included in the plan: 3; website chat and email don’t count towards this number.

    Open the guide

  • Can I put the AI on my website?

Yes. Add the LineOnMe AI chat to your website, customize it — icon, colors and greeting — and assign an AI employee. Visitors’ messages arrive in Conversations, and the visitors themselves appear in Clients.

    Open the guide

  • Does LineOnMe AI work in Telegram?

Yes. In Settings → Channels, connect your company’s Telegram bot or sign in to your personal Telegram profile with a QR code, then assign an AI employee — it will reply to clients, and the messages will appear in Conversations. Telegram counts as one of the messengers in your plan.

    Open the guide

  • Can the AI reply to emails?

Yes. Connect your company mailbox — the AI employee will read incoming emails and attachments, prepare replies from the knowledge base and send them on its own or after your approval. Email doesn’t count towards the messengers in your plan.

    Open the guide

  • Can the AI reply to clients in different languages?

Yes. An AI employee understands requests and replies in the client’s language — in messengers, email and the website chat — within the languages the chosen model supports.

    Open the guide

  • Can I take a conversation over from the AI?

Yes. Click Hand over to me in the client panel — the AI stays silent in this conversation until you click Return to AI. If the AI can’t answer by itself, it hands the conversation over to your team, and Owners and Managers get a notification.

    Open the guide

  • What can an AI employee do on its own?

Only what you allow. For each action you choose On its own, With approval or Not allowed. Deletion and bulk changes always require a person’s approval, and every action is recorded in the activity log.

    Open the guide

  • What does the LineOnMe AI activity log record?

Every action by AI employees and people: the time, performer, action, risk, approval and result, as well as what it was before and after. For each incoming message, you can see whether the AI replied, prepared a draft or stayed silent — and why. Secrets never get into the log.

    Open the guide

  • What does the AI know about a client when it replies?

The client’s name, channel and conversation history, as well as its own instructions, your company’s knowledge and the catalog. That’s why the AI replies with what you have already discussed with the client in mind.

    Open the guide

  • Can LineOnMe AI work with my CRM?

Yes. LineOnMe AI has its own CRM inside — the CRM module with pipelines, deals and tasks. Connecting an external CRM is a separate capability of LineOnMe Integrations. What the AI can do in an external CRM — record client data, create tasks, work with deals — depends on that CRM’s API, the chosen model and the AI employee’s permissions.

    Open the guide

  • Where do clients in LineOnMe AI come from?

Automatically — from conversations. When someone writes to a connected channel for the first time, the system creates a client and remembers where they came from. You can also add a client manually and import your base from an Excel or CSV file: the import suggests fields for common CRM exports, keeps an import history and lets you undo an import.

    Open the guide

  • Does the system merge identical clients?

Only when a person decides. LineOnMe AI finds exact matches — for example, the same phone in the Phone and WhatsApp contacts, or the same email — and suggests merging the clients. The merge is recorded in the activity log and can be undone. The system never merges people just because their names look alike.

    Open the guide

  • What figures does LineOnMe AI analytics show?

First response time, unanswered conversations, how many the AI answered and how many were handed to people, figures for each AI employee and channel, new clients, sales, token usage and knowledge usage. Plus insights — deviations the system notices by itself.

    Open the guide

  • What is the AI analyst?

An assistant in the Analytics section that you can ask questions in plain words. It answers from your data and splits the answer into facts, observations, hypotheses and what there isn’t enough data for. The AI analyst only reads data and never changes anything.

    Open the guide

  • Can I see token usage?

Yes. LineOnMe AI analytics shows token usage by AI employee and model. Bills for model usage come from the AI provider and are shown in its account.

    Open the guide

  • Does LineOnMe AI work with calls?

Yes. Connect telephony — the AI will transcribe the conversation, write a summary, pick out what was agreed and create follow-up tasks. Analytics shows missed calls that weren’t returned and call scores based on your checklist.

    Open the guide

  • What does the LineOnMe AI plan include?

AI employees with roles and instructions, knowledge bases, connecting AI providers, Conversations, Clients, Products and services, analytics and the activity log, website chat and email, plus messengers of your choice: 3. The price is $99 per month. The CRM, Products and Documents modules are added separately at $10 per month per module. AI replies are paid separately: under your own key to the provider or from the AI balance.

    Open the guide

  • Is there a discount for paying for LineOnMe AI for several months?

Yes: paying for 3, 6 or 12 months lowers the monthly price by 5%, 10% and 20%. The discount applies to the base plan only. The subscription is paid in the LineOnMe AI account.

    Open the guide

  • Can I connect more messengers than the plan includes?

Yes. The LineOnMe AI plan includes messengers of your choice: 3; each additional one costs $10 per month. Website chat and email don’t count as messengers.
